Qixia Yinyun Piston & Hydraulic Component Co., Ltd. is a reformed company based on Shandong Qixia Piston Factory and Shandong Qixia Hydraulic Component Factory. Our annual turnover is USD22 million. There are 1,000 employees in our company, and 168 of them are technicians. Our main products are pistons, gear pumps and oil pumps. Our company has been a member of the 50 better enterprises in Shandong Province since 1998. We obtained ISO9001 quality certificate in 1999, then QS9000 certificate in 2003 and TS16949 certificate in 2005. Furthermore, we have been honored as Shandong Advanced Enterprise and High Technology Enterprise.

There are 17 piston product lines in our company making more than 180 kinds of pistons (70~240) in all, with annual productivity of about 5 million. We can supply piston inserted wearable cast iron rings (ALFIN) or bulge-proof steel strips, and pistons with oil cooling ways inside the body. In addition, we can make abnormity pin holes on pistons, coat graphite on surfaces, and coat with tin or use anodizing methods. We can also manufacture the products according to the given drawings or samples. After all, our products have been widely used to the engines of ship, generator, automobile, farm vehicle, tractor, motorcycle, and many other instruments. We are one of the main suppliers of many famous diesel engine companies in China.

Except pistons, we manufacture more than 50 types of gear pumps with middle and high pressure, such as CBZ, CBN-E500, CBF-E500, CBQ-F400, and CBN-E300, with annual productivity of about 600,000pcs. They are widely used to such engineering equipment as crane, grab, loader, and bulldozer, as well as the hydraulic systems of automobile, tractor, combined harvester, and others. Also, we can supply more than 30 types of oil pump diesel engines with annual output of about 200,000pcs.

With long service life and a high degree of reliability, our products are well regarded in both domestic and overseas markets. In the international market, we have exported our products to the countries like America, Canada, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, Vietnam, and Burma.
